Novenco Marine & Offshore Opens New Fan Factory in Wuxi, China – Strengthening Global Manufacturing Footprint

On November 5th, 2025, we proudly celebrated the grand opening of our new fan factory in Wuxi, China. With this expansion, we now operate two modern facilities in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Our original air and cooling factory, established in 2007, covers 5,800 m², and the brand-new fan factory adds another 7,400 m², bringing our total footprint to 13,200 m².

Novenco Marine & Offshore was founded in Denmark in 1947, and over the past 75+ years, we have built a strong legacy of HVAC&R engineering excellence. Today, more than 20,000 vessels and offshore platforms are equipped with our systems — helping people breathe easier, work safer, and live better at sea.

With the new factory, we are accelerating our focus on fan technological innovation. The facility strengthens the production our new fan hood and high-efficiency axial flow fans – including swing-out and free-inlet variants – developed for the demanding conditions of the marine and offshore environment where reliability, low noise, and optimized airflow are essential.

A key milestone in serving our customers globally
We believe that being close to our markets makes us stronger. With own production facilities and manufacturing partners in Denmark, Norway, China, and South Korea, we can now respond faster, deliver more flexibly, and provide even better service to customers across all vessel segments — from offshore platforms and special vessels to cruise, ferries, and merchant fleets.

This new factory represents our dedication to investing in the future. By expanding in Wuxi, we are increasing both our capacity and our agility — enabling us to better serve our customers across all segments. We are proud of what our teams have accomplished and excited for the next chapter.”
